    1. A. A. Resolution No. ____ Authorizing the Acting General Manager to Execute a Consulting Agreement with Navigant Consulting to Provide the Services of Ronald V. Stassi to act as Interim General Manager and Conduct Recruitment for a Permanent General Manager for Alameda Power & Telecom, for a Four Month Term at a Cost not to Exceed $100,000.
