I agree to pay $0.01 (one cent) per kilowatt-hour above my present kilowatt-hour rate; in return, Alameda Power & Telecom will use these funds to invest in new renewable power resources, upgrades, and retrofits.

I understand that enrollment in this program is voluntary. Participation does not change my existing Alameda Power & Telecom service, and these charges will be added to the monthly Alameda Power & Telecom bill until such time as I notify Alameda Power & Telecom that I no longer wish to participate. Enrollments, changes, and deletions will be effective next billing period.
