The main things you need to know in order to set up a new account in your favored email application are:

• Incoming Mail (POP3) pop.alamedanet.net
• Outgoing Mail (SMTP) mail.alamedanet.net
• Account Name or Login Name: This is the local part of your email address before the @ symbol
