If you have a router, you can get a static IP address with the AlamedaNET Plus Package. Please call us here at Alameda Power & Telecom (510-748-3900) to set this up for you. Please note in order to be assigned a static IP address, you must have the MAC address of the router available. Please contact the manufacturer of the device for assistance if needed.
