AP&T monitors all content and reserves the right to reject or
remove any content, for any reason, at any time.
If you submit reviews, or other content to the site, you
grant Alameda Power & Telecom a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display
the content throughout any Alameda Power & Telecom media.
You grant Alameda Power & Telecom the right to use the
name that you submit in
connection with such content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise
control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate;
will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Alameda
Power & Telecom for all claims resulting from the content supplied by you.
Alameda Power & Telecom has the right, but not the
obligation, to monitor and
edit or remove any activity or content. Alameda Power & Telecom takes no
responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or

Since Alameda Power & Telecom is a department of the City of Alameda,

appearance of a conflict of interest, we cannot publish any comments on City of Alameda affairs or
