This show is full of people so good it makes you want to vomit. Still, it is a must-see for me every Monday night on channel 13 (cable, that is). I used to watch it just to annoy my teen, sitting in the same room "working" on the computer. Pretty soon, though, the typing behind me will stop and if I would look over, there is my teen, peering over the monitor, watching the show.
The show has handled well some good topics, such as teen pregnancy, interfaith marriage and abusive relationships.
When my teen told me she had invited a friend who was having troubles at home to stay with us for a couple of weeks, I thought of the Camdens, with all the people flowing thru their home every week, and thought, "Yea, I can do this; no problem."
