His and her program
Reviewer: Andie Acuna from Alameda, CA on 06/05/08
This show has something for both men and women. My husband loves the action and I love the details given to the stress created in the characters interpersonal relationships (wife, son, brother, boss). We both love seeing characters over the age of 30 who are intelligent, witty, funny, and flawed.

Intriguing new take on time travel
Reviewer: Sara Bellam from Alameda, CA on 10/30/07
This show is a little like Early Edition turned inside out. Our unwilling time traveler gets pulled into the past without warning, and has to instantly assess what immediate event he is meant to alter. There are plenty of interpersonal twists to give this show depth and to keep it from getting episodic, much like Medium, which used to air on the same station in the same time slot. Journeyman's writers are much better at developing credibility through practical details, however - as early as the pilot, our time traveler grappled with things like time-appropriate cell phone technology and cash. The ongoing mystery of why and how this is suddenly happening to him provides a continuing story arc. Cryptic communications from a Lawrence Livermore scientist hint at conspiracy, or is there a spiritual component at work? Last, but not least, it's set in SF, and actually filmed there (and in L.A.), so there are plenty of familiar shots. The acting works both as drama and as sci-fi - if you are interested in either, check this program out. Best new show on Monday night in a long time.
