Moving

Before moving, please call 510-748-3900 two weeks in advance to ensure that we can connect your service at your new home at your convenience. If you happen to be moving within the same area, you may be able to take your equipment with you. If you are moving out of the area, you are responsible for all equipment until it is returned to Alameda Power & Telecom. We will also ask for a forwarding address in the event we owe you a refund check or you have a balance due.
