Online Payment - Electric Service
You can use your credit card or an electronic check to pay your Alameda
Power & Telecom
electric service bill by using our new eCARE system.
To make a credit card payment, you will need a valid Visa or MasterCard. To
pay with an electronic check, you should have a blank check handy: you
will need the routing number for your financial institution and your checking
account number.
How to Pay Your Bill
Paying your telecom bill online is simple. All you need to do is:
- Login to eCARE
- Enter your account number
- Enter your password
- Select "PAY YOUR BILL HERE" in the upper right corner of the screen,
or "Make a Payment" in the left hand navigation.
- Choose between making payment via credit card or electronic check.
- Enter the relevant information (credit card number, expiration date,
etc., for a credit card payment; routing number and account number
for electronic check).
- Verify the information you entered.
- Submit
- Write down your reference number and authorization code.
Electric and Telecom Bills Must Be Paid Separately
At this time your electric bill and cable television/Internet bill are processed by
two different billing systems. At this time your Alameda Power & Telecom telecom service bill cannot be
paid on our online payment system. We are currently working to return this
feature to the site. We appreciate your patience.
