Online  Payment - Electric Service

You can use your credit card or an electronic check to pay your Alameda Power & Telecom electric service bill online via our new eCARE system.

To establish account access:

  1. Get a recent electric bill: you will need your new account number and a meter number.
  2. You will also be asked for the zip code where you receive service, the name as it appears on the bill, and an email address.
  3. Your (temporary) password will be emailed to you, and you may then log in.
  4. Once logged in, you may change your assigned password to something you're more likely to remember.

Go to the login page to sign up now...

To make a credit card payment, you will need a valid Visa or MasterCard. To pay with an electronic check, you should have a blank check handy:  you will need the routing number for your financial institution and your checking account number.

If you have already signed up, log in now...

This option may be found at Online Payment - Electric Service.

Electric and Telecom Bills Must Be Paid Separately

At this time your electric bill and cable television/Internet bill are processed by two different billing systems. At this time your Alameda Power & Telecom telecom service bill cannot be paid on our online payment system. We are currently working to return this feature to the site. We appreciate your patience.
