You are billed in advance for the next month of service.
In the event the bill is not paid by the due date,
Alameda Power & Telecom may impose a late fee of $4.75.
Alameda Power & Telecom accepts payment in cash, check, money order,
certified check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card.
All payments can be mailed or made at the local office during normal
Customer Service hours.
The local office is located at 2000 Grand Street, Alameda, CA 94501.
Customer Service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Offices are closed on Sunday.
