Schedule CATV-R
Residential Cable Television Service

Applicability

This schedule is applicable to cable television service for residential customers in single-family dwellings and in multiple-family dwellings where no television service agreement exists, where usable cable lines exist along Alameda Power & Telecom's (Alameda P&T's) cable television distribution system.

Rates

Franchise Fee

To the preceding charges will be added a Franchise Fee (refer to Rider FF).

Public, Educational and Government Access Fee

Each separate customer account will be charged a Public, Educational and Government Access Fee (refer to Rider PEG).

Local Taxes

To the preceding charges, exclusive of the Franchise Fee and Public, Educational and Government Access Fee, will be added any applicable local taxes (refer to Rider UUT).

Definitions and Special Conditions

1. CHANNEL LINEUP
   See current Channel Lineup for a list of channels offered for Basic, Expanded Basic, and Digital Basic services.
2. PAY-PER-VIEW
   Specific event pricing is determined by the promoter and Alameda P&T's Marketing Department. A discount may be given for advance purchase.
3. SERVICE TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS
   Section 5.10 of the Cable Communications Franchise Agreement requires Alameda P&T to provide upon request one free outlet of Basic Service to city offices, fire stations, police stations and public school buildings.
4. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
   At the direction of the General Manager and subject to summary reporting to the Public Utilities Board, Alameda P&T may utilize discounts and/or promotions to enhance customer acquisition strategies. These promotions may include the waiver of charges, offers for free service for a limited period of time, and other tactics that it deems appropriate.
5. RULES and REGULATIONS
   Other conditions, as specified in Alameda P&T's Rules and Regulations, shall apply to this rate schedule.
