UNDERGROUND UTILTY DISTRICT NO. 30
Where the Work Has Begun
Construction has begun to replace existing overhead utilities in Underground Utility District No. 30. Underground District No. 30 consists of the following neighborhoods.

• Fair Oaks Avenue from St. Charles to Caroline Streets


• St. Charles Street from Central Avenue to the Lagoon


• San Antonio Avenue from Sherman to Hawthorne Streets
