Municipal Electric Service - Except Street Lighting

Applicability

This schedule is applicable to electric service rendered to the City of Alameda municipal accounts for all power, heat and lighting other than street lighting and Alameda Power & Telecom (Alameda P&T) accounts. It is also applicable to all accounts of the Alameda Unified School District.

Rates

State Taxes

To the above charges will be added any applicable state tax (refer to Rider ERS for current rate).

Definitions and Special Conditions

1. DISTRIBUTION CHARGE
   The charge for low voltage delivery of electric power at the local level, including billing and metering costs.
2. PUBLIC PURPOSE CHARGE
   The California state-mandated charge supporting funding of energy efficiency, new renewable resources, low income and research and development programs.
3. GENERATION CHARGE
   Charge recovering the cost of providing energy supply including generation and transmission costs.
4. RULES and REGULATIONS
   Other conditions, as specified in Alameda P&T's Rules and Regulations, shall apply to this rate schedule.
