ALAMEDA, Calif., February 16, 2006 - You know your body wants to do it, so stop making excuses and get in shape
by turning on Alameda TV's Channel 31 at 7 am every weekday morning.
Alameda Power & Telecom is now offering a new morning exercise program for subscribers to its Cable TV service.
"Jazz Cardio Strength Stretch" incorporates a variety of workout routines in a format that works for both beginners
and seasoned exercisers. This non-commercial series, produced especially for public access TV by Jazzercise,

Alameda TV Public Access Channel 31 channel provides cable television public and community programming produced or
sponsored by Alameda residents and organizations. Its programming line-up includes
"Talkin' Baseball," "The
Don Roberts Show,"
"Book Buzz" and classic movies.

as "Alameda Blue - Policing the City" and
"The Making of the Alameda Nutcracker."
