ALAMEDA P&T AND STATIONS KTVU AND KICU SIGN AGREEMENT

ALAMEDA, Calif., January 19, 2005 - Alameda Power & Telecom and television stations KTVU Fox 2 and Action 36 Cable 6 (KICU) have signed an agreement allowing Alameda P&T to carry each station's digital signal, including their high-definition programming.

KTVU Channel 2's digital programming will be carried on Alameda P&T Channel 102, and Action 36 Cable 6 (KICUs) digital programming will be carried on Channel 125.

Under the agreement, KTVU's high-definition programming, including NFL football, NASCAR, Major League Baseball, popular series such as 24, The O.C., Bernie Mac, Arrested Development, and many others can now be seen on the Alameda P&T system.

The agreement is part of Alameda P&T's continual expansion of its already extensive digital and high-definition offerings.
