Underground Utility District No. 30

The Underground Utility District No. 30 project includes both Bay Street and St. Charles Street from Central Avenue to the lagoon, Fair Oaks Avenue between St. Charles Street and Caroline Street, and San Antonio Avenue starting at St. Charles Street and approaching Hawthorne Street. The following documents are part of Alameda Power & Telecom's effort to assist area residents and develop a model underground utility installation.
