Ed Clark is the owner/operator of Alameda's Webster Pharmacy. Given the ever rising cost and copay associated with prescriptions drugs, there are times when he encounters an Alamedan who desperately needs, but is unable to afford their prescription. He first works with them to identify sources that may be able to assist them. If that fails, rather than turn them away he will see that they receive the medicine they need. Sometimes it's a partial prescription or a discount, often it's the medicine they need...free of charge.
