As School Resource Officer at Chipman Middle, Paden Elementary, and Ruby Bridges Schools, Officer Rhoda Germany has become an integral part of each school's community. Working hard to build relationships with the students and their families, she is on the frontline of prevention and helps to solve problems versus having to react to a crisis. No issue is too small or person not important enough for her to make the time for them. She is changing lives for the better and has helped students see a police officer as a friend and support person who can help them prevent problems.
