Dave Pascoe:

Beat Officer Dave Pascoe was nominated by Doug Biggs, a Director with the Alameda Point Collaborative, for his tremendous dedication to the job and the community at Alameda Point. He practices community policing at its best, holding people accountable when they need it, but also providing support, advice and humor. He has built trust, and people come to him to help diffuse situations before they get bad. His friends in the community at Alameda Point feel that Dave is deeply deserving of his upcoming promotion to the Detective Division, but will miss his positive presence in their community as he assumes his new role with the Department.
